Outplacement – a proper farewell
An outplacement process ensures that both the dismissed employee and the company move forward in the best possible way. The employee is offered an individual career counseling process based on the current situation. The process follows a number of phases and is based on chemistry, trust and confidentiality between the dismissed employee and LindbergHR. During the process, LindbergHR is always available if the employee has any questions or anything else.
Preparing for the dismissal
The company is advised in connection with the dismissal.
First meeting
Held immediately after the dismissal, where the employee and LindbergHR agree on the process.
Second meeting
Identification of professional and personal competencies – including through the use of personal profile analysis. In close collaboration with the employee, new goals and objectives are formulated for the employee.
Third meeting
The employee receives input for preparing an application and CV and receives good advice on how to actively use their network.
Fourth meeting
Possibility of holding a simulated job interview.
Fifth meeting
Collection and evaluation of the process.
What customers think
Good hires should be measured by the satisfaction of the company and the candidate –
both in the short and long term.

It is important to have a good sparring partner throughout the entire process from job description to finding the right person. Here, Carsten Hartvigsen has been a strong partner and has been very successful in finding new employees for us.

Sparring
If you want to carry out parts of the recruitment process yourself, LindbergHR can handle the other sub-processes where you want qualified advice.
Interim management
Security is a scarce commodity in critical situations. The solution may be an interim employee who quickly and efficiently ensures that operations do not come to a standstill due to, for example, illness or sudden layoffs.
Recruitment
It takes a structured and thoroughly tested process to succeed in finding the right employee – professionally and personally. That's what you get at LindbergHR.
